The book also describes the definition of Ikigai and its rules. To gain a deeper understanding to write about Ikigai, the authors conducted interviews. The authors portray that one's Ikigai can keep one's body fighting and living longer such as it says to focus on peace of mind and try to have some fun with your exercise rather than stressing about not being able to work out enough. The primary audiences of this book are those who are more enthusiastic about Japanese culture and those who want to live a hundred of age.

The book also attracts those people who seek happiness. The book's key message is to live a happy and healthy life, exercise each day, and eat good food, but longevity is more than the daily routine. Moreover, there are certain examples which we can use in order to make ourselves healthy. We have to eat less and variety of foods so that our immune system can work properly. There should have to be a purpose in life that compels you to live every day; you can focus your energy on and look for more years on earth.

The book suggests Ikigai's definition of the personal purpose of life in terms of his talents and hobbies. It is a way of living in which you must concentrate on the fewest things possible to obtain all you require. It also recommends the secret to endurance is Ikigai. As a result, you shouldn't retire if you found your Ikigai through your work. Additionally, if you believe that this Ikigai has a passion for something that makes you feel meaningful and happy, never stop pursuing it.

The book claims that Ikigai's ability to manage stress is the key to endurance, and it can be achieved by employing various advantageous techniques. For example, you may unwind and thoroughly explore your brain and body by practicing mindfulness, exercise, or yoga.

Usually, people say this could be better, so it is useless. We see goodness in perfect things and even imperfect objects; we are either through or considered worthless. Getting new and perfect things is very difficult, and if we don't get that, we become upset and stressed about that, but in Japan, it is not like that. There is a beautiful concept named "wabi-sabi." It helps find joy everywhere, whether it is an imperfect object or some imperfection in a human being. So in this book, Hector Garcia mentions that to live peaceful life, we need to adopt the beautiful concept of Japanese. It can help us to find joy in our daily life. We have to remove the idea of perfection from our mind, which has become very common; instead, we have to start believing in the beauty of imperfection. It will give us more energy, and less stress, and of course, our life will be smooth and more protracted. The sixth point in the book talks about the diet plan of Japanese people, especially the people of one of the provinces of Japan called Okinawans. Here the food variety is so good, and they eat almost 206 different foods. On an everyday basis, they eat five kinds of fruits and vegetables. In addition, they take 6o percent less sugar and 50 percent less salt, a healthy diet recognized by the global standard. Okinawans serve food on a small plate, with some food available. The central concept of doing this is eating less with a variety of foods results in longer life. The use of antioxidant-rich food is discussed in his seventh point. Japanese won't miss rejuvenating drinks full of antioxidants like green tea. Recent studies also showed that these beverages are very good for longevity. Sometimes they add other flowers to it to make it more potent. This herb improves cardiovascular health and does a solid immune system. They also use fruits an antioxidants, like strawberries, apricots, etc.

Many people are entangled by the constant pressure to work harder, quicker, and better. In contrast, figuring out your Ikigai will encourage you to take it more accessible and savor every moment. You'll live longer if you can find your life's meaning. Ikigai is a beautiful idea that has the potential to help lots of people.

Finding your reason for living will benefit you, regardless of whether you want to focus on your career, live a long life, or want a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose.
